1. How do I get started?

As soon as you purchased our theme, you will get link to download on page, and also from mail. And there are two ways to install our theme.

First One :

  • Just open your dashboard and go to “Appearance -> Themes -> Add New -> upload Theme”. Then select downloaded “zip” file from your PC and click on “Install Now”. 

It will install theme to your dashboard. You can now see your theme on your domain.

Second One :

  • First you extract the zip file of theme on your local computer
  • Then Connect with server via FTP
  • On your server go to your WordPress root folder, then go to “wp-content > themes” folder
  • Then upload the extracted file of theme
  • Then login to WordPress admin, go to the Appearance > Themes
  • Here you will see that theme along with all the uploaded themes. Click on the “Activate” link to activate the theme

2.Do your themes run on the latest version of WordPress?

Yes, all of our themes are fully compatible with latest version of WordPress.

3.Could your themes be translated into other languages ?

Yes. All of our themes come translation-ready. You can use poEdit to translate our themes into your own language.

4. Will you customize the theme for me ?

We provide our customers with Theme Customization. If you are in need, you can send your detailed requirements to support@themesflow.com to get the quotation.

5.From where do I get support of your theme?

To give support to our users, we have created our Support Forum . There you can ask your entire theme related query.

6. Can I use the themes on multiple sites(Domain)?

You can use ThemesFlow themes on as many sites as you desire. Once you purchased our theme, you will be allowed to use it unrestricted.

7. Can I modify your theme?

Yes you are free to modify our theme. In theme we give you dummy content and images, You can change them according to your need. Even you can change copyright text which is available in footer.


PRE PURCHASE / ACCOUNT QUESTIONS

1. How does the payment process work? When will I get my themes?

After you select the theme and click on “Purchase”. You will reach the Checkout page where you will need to fill in short details and then click on “purchase” which will redirect you to paypal payment page. Just login to paypal and make the payment. After your payment has been completed, you will see a payment completion message on thank you page and you will be automatically redirected to your account page, where you can see and download your purchased goods.

2. I’m having trouble processing of the payment process. Who can help?

If you are having trouble with your payment processing, please contact paypal directly via e-mail or phone through their website.

3. Is there any monthly charges if I buy your single theme.

No, it is a single time payment. After purchasing single theme you don’t have to pay any amount.

4. Can I get a refund?

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will be glad to issue a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, the refund policy only applies for sound reasons from you including: the theme you purchased is malfunctioning, corrupt or does not work as claimed and you are getting mediocre support.
It is impossible to refund your money in some following cases:

  • The item does not work as it is described and you did not contact us for help.
  • You expected more than it could do.
  • You did not like or need the theme anymore.
  • You bought several themes to compare.
  • You wanted to return it after 30 days of purchase.
